The theme of the 2009 Christmas in Buhl is "Dreams of
Christmas Past and Hopes of Christmas to Be." Come celebrate in downtown Buhl all day on December 12,
2009.
Buhl rings in the Christmas season with many festivities on
the second Saturday night in December. During the day merchants in
downtown Buhl offer specials. Shoppers are able to watch entertainment
at Legacy Corner, browse and buy at a craft fair, and partake in a chili
feed at the Senior Citizens' Center. Kids may have their pictures taken with
Santa.
Legacy Corner
is the site of the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony in the evening, after which
the Night Light Parade makes its way through downtown Buhl
while people warm up with hot drinks available at downtown vendors.
Following the Night Light Parade, warm up with caroling
and hot cocoa at the Eighth Street Center.
One of the 2008 Parade float winners, the Kersey Family.
